  4. This is a high resolution timer custom control for Visual Basic.  It allows
  5. you to have timer events come in nearly every millisecond, as opposed to
  6. every 55 milliseconds with the normal Visual Basic Timer control.

  23. You can register this program by sending $20 ($25 outside North America) and
  24. your address.  You can register HiTime and its C source code by sending $45
  25. ($50 outside North America).  With your order, you will receive a copy of our
  26. manual documenting all of our controls.

  34. You may take a $5 discount for e-mail delivery of this package (CompuServe or
  35. Internet).  If you choose this option, please note: a printed manual is not

  68. distribute the registered control without your application (except as an
  69. update for an already installed program).  Each developer should register a
  70. copy of HiTime for use on their machine.
